Emergency stabilization of a service ramp compromised by erosion and sediment displacement caused by hydraulic flow between a lake and an adjacent canal. Existing conditions show voids under the concrete slab and lateral displacement of adjacent sand, posing safety risks and disabling ramp functionality.
